Last week, I posted a video on IGTV and YouTube about the rise of empowered young women and the importance of their presence. In the video, I expressed points I have made several times here on the blog. One of those points being the fact that there is no one way to be a woman. Another point is that despite the reality of our existence, we must share our truth, and travel through life in style and in color.
Last year, I wrote a posted about being a “Well Suited” woman; in that post, I addressed the fact that women are just as capable as men. Today I want women and girls to understand that they are equally as capable as women who don’t look like you, live as you live, or experience life in the same manner as they do. Your class, age, race, nor size make you any less capable of making an impact. Whether your uniform is a chic tailored suit, a playful short suit or a catsuit; you are well suited to live above societies standards.

Ladies, please remember, all women and girls contribute to the growth and development of the female gender and the world. Not every empowered woman is polished like Oprah, and just because they have evolved doesn’t mean they don’t have a past. However, despite our history or present state, we are all well suited to change minds, hearts, and conversations, which ultimately change the world.
